“The Bold and the Beautiful” news reveals that Molly McCook will have her voice featured in a song on an upcoming episode of B&B. If her last name sounds familiar, that’s because Molly happens to be the daughter of John McCook, who plays Eric on the CBS soap. According to Soap Opera Digest, the new song will be used in a scene on Tuesday, June 23. “Think About You” was written by Casey Kazprzyk, the supervising producer of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” and Anthony “Tony” Ferrari, the senior vice-president of operations. The songwriting duo felt that Molly was a “perfect fit” for the show’s latest tune.

“Tony and I are always looking for new voices to represent certain storylines and Molly McCook just seemed like a logical choice. She has an amazing voice and she’s really a part of the B&B family,” Kazprzyk said. Molly is an experienced singer, but she’s no stranger to acting either. In fact, Molly made a few appearances on “The Bold and the Beautiful” in 2010 as Hope’s (Kim Matula) high school friend, Margot.

Kazprzyk and Ferrari are quite the team when it comes to penning great songs. The pair won a Daytime Emmy earlier this year for “Hands of Time.” There are no “Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers or rumors on which storyline this song might accompany, but Kazprzyk offered a tease of the feel they were going for. “It’s a really sweet, simple song that’s very fitting for the scene,” Kazprzyk said.
