Melissa shared a photo on Instagram with the caption, “Amazing time at our surprise baby shower yesterday. Oh, PS- I’m pregnant.” A few Instagram followers wanted to know if Fumero’s pregnancy would be written into “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.” In the photo Melissa is sitting in a group of people showing off her baby bump. Hubby David Fumero is standing behind her.
Melissa Fumero – née Gallo – was part of the “One Live to Live” family from 2004 until 2008. The actress returned in 2010 in order to help facilitate the return of Kelly Cramer (Gina Tognoni). Melissa guest-starred as Zoe in five episodes of the CW’s primetime drama “Gossip Girl.”
David Fumero joined the cast of “One Live to Live” in 1998 and portrayed Cristian Vega until 2012. Fumero joined the cast of the Starz drama “Power” as Mike Sandoval in 2015. The actor will be back for the third season of the series which will begin airing sometime in 2016.
The busy couple will be even busier once Baby Fumero arrives. No word yet on the baby’s due date whether the couple is expecting a boy or a girl. Our congratulations to Melissa and David!
