General Hospitals Spoilers: Are Courtney Matthews or Stefan Cassadine headed back to GH

As we shared with Soap Opera Spy fans last week, General Hospital is relaunching Fan February! Super fans can see one of their favorite characters return for an appearance at the General Hospital Nurses Ball in May. So, poise yourself for some General Hospitals spoilers! Are Courtney Matthews or Stefan Cassadine headed back to GH?!??

Fans can vote for a favorite character to come back. Courtney Matthews, Stefan Cassadine, Mike Corbin and Serena Baldwin each have the chance to make a reappearance. That means, Alicia Leigh Willis, Stephen Nichols, Ron Hale and Carly Schroeder all have a chance to revisit their roles.

Currently, these are the standings for General Hospital’s Fan February:

Courtney Matthews: 41%
Stefan Cassadine : 30%
Mike Corbin : 16%
Serena Baldwin: 13%

Last time we saw Matthews on GH, she had died after contracting the deadly encephalitis virus and giving birth to Nikolas’ son. Stefan died after being stabbed in a knife fight by Luke Spencer. I believe a cliff was also involved, but with soaps we all know dead is never really dead…it is just means dead for now.

What do you think the chances are all four will return? That’s a very specific list of names, I think. Hmm…
