Friday is big news and cliffhanger day in Port Charles. Here are some hot “General Hospital” spoilers for the Friday, July 10th episode.
First, over at GH, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) gets the lowdown from Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) about Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) kidnapping. She tells Carly she went up to Canada to help her parents try and find her brother and that Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Watkins) tagged along. Carly points out that could spell trouble for her marriage and then lets slip that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was getting too close to Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpi) while she was away.

Over at the PCPD, Valerie just told Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) that she got jiggy with Dante and admitted she was hoping to end up with him. Jordan advised her not to hope too hard for a happily ever after then poof, there’s Dante, and it’s all awkward. Valerie is hoping for romance and promises of togetherness but instead Dante will tell her that what they had is now a dirty little secret and asks her to never mention it to anyone. Little does he know Lulu is already hearing from Carly they got too close.
Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) continues to improve and will be waking anytime now. And now that Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Jake Doe (Billy Miller) found a link between Hayden and Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher), they want answers. Sam confronts Nik and tells him they know that he’s in neck deep with Hayden and that she and Jake are coming for him. Sam puts a good scare into Nikolas who will then threaten Hayden when she wakes that she better keep her trap shut.

Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) goodbye tour now includes Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) who told him they had a good run and handed over little Jake. Luke reveals little Jake to Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) then Lucky shows up and is shocked to see that Jason and Liz Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) is alive. Back in Port Charles, Liz tells Jake that she’s really worried about Lucky then lo and behold, Lucky is at the door with a shocking surprise for Liz.
And speaking of parental surprises, Dillon is shocked that his estranged dad Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) is in town. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has decided to enjoy the visit even though she’s not the biggest fan of Paul. But both Dillon and Tracy have to wonder why Paul is really in town. “General Hospital” rumors indicate that there may be another Hornsby in town, maybe even one that isn’t away that Paul is their bio-dad, but who could it be?
Finally, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) needs to confess his dirty secret to someone about why he can’t get busy making wedding plans with his sweetie Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes). Brad will confide in Felix DuBois (Marc Samuel) what’s up with his family and why it’s interfering with his wedding plans. Also, we won’t see it this week, but Brad’s nagging to Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) about putting a ring on it made a dent, and he’ll start planning a proposal.
