‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers Wednesday October 21: Lulu Confronts Dante – Alexis Reveals Leo Alive – Sonny Blasts Patrick

Secrets are on the forefront on the Wednesday, October 21 show – these ‘General Hospital’ spoilers will have you ready for the exciting episode.

Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] finally heard Dillon Quartermaine [Robert Palmer Watkins] – maybe – and asks Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] if Dillon really has some dirt on him like he’s been hinting at that would put their relationship at risk. This is the perfect time for Dante to come clean – but it’s doubtful that he will. All the dirt will come out another day.

Franco [Roger Howarth] and Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford] try again to consummate their love, but will they actually make it to the horizontal bop? Doubtful. Looks like their surrogate kid Kiki Jerome [Hayley Erin] will find a way to interrupt again. Remember Kiki is drunk at the Haunted Star and has no money for a cab ride home. Poor Nina has got to be so frustrated by now…

Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] will run into Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero] with her “adopted” baby and ask who the boy belongs to. What’s the purpose of this encounter? Does Morgan notice that Leo has Jerome attributes? Will Morgan tell Kiki and/or Ava Jerome [Maura West] about the baby and raise suspicions. What’s up with this?

Speaking of baby Leo, Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] drops the bomb on Julian Jerome [William deVry] that his son is alive and in Port Charles on Olivia’s hip. Now Alexis has to calm Julian down and make him see reason before he rushes over to Olivia’s and gives her hell for lying about their son and putting him through all this grief. Alexis gives him some strategic advice that Julian will take.

After Kiki makes it home from the Haunted Star, she helps Nina get ready to play hostess to Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] and Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms]. Nina is nervous but Kiki helps her surrogate mom out. Nathan wants to know if Franco has honest intentions for his relationship with his sister – he does – and Maxie may talk to Nina about investing in the movie.

Maxie tells Dillon that Nathan figured out a way to save the movie – did he get Nina to invest? What else could Nathan have done? Nathan later urges Dante to tell Lulu the truth before she finds out some other way. Dante is digging in his heels now. He’s like his dad Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard]. The more you push him, the more he doesn’t want to do what you say.

Speaking of Sonny, the mobster goes off on Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson] for telling Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] that he may never walk again when that’s not what he told Sonny. Patrick will have to explain that he was trying to give Sonny all the info, but he wouldn’t stop talking long enough to listen to sense and science. Sonny hates this news but can’t change it or barrel past it…
