‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers Tues, September 1: Kiki Confronts Ava, Nina Devastated, Julian Lies To Alexis

Today on GH, it’s a little bit of happily ever after but more happily never after. Here are the ‘General Hospital’ spoilers you need for the September 1 episode.

In happily ever after news, Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] tells Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] that he loves her and she’s the perfect woman for him. They are both way excited about their wedding festivities which begin tomorrow. Their enthusiasm is dimmed, though, when the subject of Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] comes up. They are both very worried about their youngest son.

It’s true Morgan is rapidly unraveling. In a never after situation, Morgan tells Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] that Kiki Jerome [Hayley Erin] is done with him because she found out he was shagging her mom Ava Jerome [Maura West]. Michael isn’t as shocked as Morgan expected since their parents have kept Michael in the loop on Morgan’s antics.

Michael tries to calm and reassure Morgan who is certain that Kiki was his only shot at happiness. Morgan is off the rails but Michael really tries to be there for him. Maybe the Corinthos clan can work an intervention into the wedding reception… Morgan is headed for a mental health crisis and all bets are off about what he’ll do. Will Morgan run back to Ava now that Kiki has dumped him?

Kiki has one other break up to take care of – with her mom. Kiki reveals to Ava that Franco [Roger Howarth] told her about the cheating and Morgan confirmed it. Ava has no excuse for her actions other than she truly loved Morgan. Kiki cries some more but looks like she’ll be done with Ava as well as Morgan. Kiki is fast running out of family – poor thing…

Also looking forward to happily ever after are Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford] and Franco. They just need to get out of jail which seems likely soon. With Nina back from her arraignment, Franco breaks the shocking news to Nina that her murderous mommy Madeline Reeves [Donna Mills] is the one who killed her ex-husband Silas Clay [Michael Easton]. Nina is floored. Franco comforts and reassures her.

Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms] comes to the PCPD – which is like Grand Central Station today – to tell Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] the exciting news about her leading lady part in Dillon Quartermaine’s [Robert Palmer Watkins] indie film. But all that is forgotten when Maxie hears the stunning news that Maddy offed Silas. Maxie loves this (as much as you can love murder).

Maxie lambasts nemesis Madeline about killing Silas to try and get her hands on Nina’s millions. Maxie is thoroughly disgusted with Maddy’s behavior and makes no bones about it. Nathan doesn’t mind watching his sweetie chew out Madeline. Once this drama is done, how will Nathan take the news that Maxie was cast in the movie? Will he be excited or concerned about her and Dillon?

Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] wants to know why Julian Jerome [William deVry] was sorry about when speaking to his sister Ava. Julian cannot tell Alexis he was trying to steal evidence to get Ava out of jail. Instead, Julian will make up something about how sorry he is that she’s back in jail, can’t see baby Avery and is likely heading back to Pentonville.
