‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, August 14: Sonny Jealous, Lucas and Brad Major Fight, Olivia Returns

Friday looks like it’s a break from the murder mystery for the most part – here are the ‘General Hospital’ spoilers you need for the August 14 show.

Jake Doe [Billy Miller] heads over to see Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] and will give her the big news that he’s now engaged to Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst]. Carly will be thrilled that both she and her new BFF are getting hitched soon. Carly gives Jake a big hug just as Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] comes in – Sonny is not happy to see them touching and doesn’t take it well.

While Jake is at the Corinthos place, Liz gets a visit from Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] who has brought Danny Morgan by to hang out with his back from the dead half-brother Jake Spencer [James Nigbor]. This will trigger more Liz angst over her secret-keeping. And if Jake shows up in time to hang out with both boys, will Liz be able to hold it together while he plays with his sons?

While Sam is there, Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson] is at work. Will today be the day Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] finally spills to him that Jake is Jason? Get with it woman! Hayden also tells Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] that she’s not sure she should move back to Wyndemere. Is she playing hard to get or is Hayden genuinely scared of what might happen to her there alone with Nik?

Also playing doctor to Hayden today is Lucas Jones [Ryan Carnes] but before he can see her, Brad Cooper [Parry Shen] will intercept him and tell him they need to talk. Brad wants to tell Lucas him being married is not as bad as Lucas thinks since he’s married to a woman, not a man. Lucas will not be mollified by that at all and will go off on Brad. Expect a mega blow up rather than a make up.

Speaking of relationships blowing up, Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] and Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] may seem good right now, but may not be quite so rosy after Lulu tells him that she’s decided to help Dillon Quartermaine [Robert Palmer Watkins] make his movie. Dante won’t be happy that his wife is once again going to be running around with her ex-boyfriend.

And Dillon’s new girlfriend Valerie Spencer [Brytni Sarpi] also won’t be that happy that Lulu will be working so closely with Dillon on his new movie. But it’s kind of ironic since Valerie is working closely with Dante – and we see where that led… Valerie also breaks the news that she’s planning on checking out of Wyndemere. Is Nikolas running a bed and breakfast out there on Spoon Island?

Dante and Lulu are also due for a surprise visitor back from out of town – Dante’s mom Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero] – did Dante tell Lulu that his little brother is alive? Dante’s partner Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] is stressed out and Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms] wants to know what’s up. He’s worried about Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford], the murder, the mob wars, too many things.
