‘General Hospital’ Spoilers and Rumors: Julian’s Mystery Guest Ava in Disguise or Twin Sister?

On the Friday May 22, 2015 episode of “General Hospital” at the last couple of seconds of the episode a mystery women showed up at crime boss Julian Jerome’s [William Devry] house.  Now the lady looked surprisingly like Julian’s sister Ava [Maura West] and when the Julian went to the door she said, “What’s the matter?  Ain’t nobody going to offer me a drink?  I am parched!” The episode ended there leaving GH fans to speculate all Memorial Day Weekend who the new lady in town was.

Of course over at SOS we have been racking our brains to solve the mystery and have a couple of ideas.  Check out our theories below and let us know what you think:

1. Could the gum chomping black mystery lady with long black hair who showed up at Julian’s place be Ava in a wig OR was she the other half of twins that Ava’s mother Delia [Ilene Kristen] gave up 40+ years AGO ?  Remember Ava’s father was mobster Victor Jerome and when Ava found out Victor was a mobster she gave her daughter up for adoption what if there were two daughter?
2. If it is Ava in disguise how did she bounce back so fast from the cancer that ravaged her body so much she begged Silas [Michael Easton] to end her life? We know that Silas saved her and the scuttlebutt is that he was the kidnapper who took Baby Avery [Ava and Grace Scarola] to get her bone marrow to save Ava. Note that when baby Avery was returned she had a band aid and was safe and sound dropped off at home in her play pen. If Ava is in disguise and wants to be Avery’s mama again she will HAVE to come clean but if she comes clean she will be going straight to prison. The big question remains how did Ava bounce back from cancer so fast to look like the perfect picture of health?
3. Could it be a new character? Perhaps Delia had twins and did not know it. Maybe the doctor who delivered her babies sold one baby on the black market? 

This new character seems to be the only route GH can take to get Maura West back on the Port Charles scene.  There is NO possible way that if Ava came back to town she would not be thrown into jail for killing Connie Falconari. [Kelly Sullivan]

We could nickname this this new character Fava ? Why not, we had fluke? Let’s tune in to see the talented Maura West work her magic on GH .
