‘General Hospital’ POLL: Will Carly Help Jason Morgan Get Back His Memories? VOTE!

‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate that the story of Jason Morgan’s [Billy Miller] lost memories is far from over and his BFF Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] could be the one to help Jason remember his former life.

Jason went to Cassadine Island to confront Helena Cassadine [Constance Towers] thinking she had a magic bullet that could restore his brain, but turns out Ava Jerome [Maura West] plowing her car into him was the problem.
And being run down with a car cannot be undone. However, just because his brain was rattled does not mean Jason’s memories can’t be restored. But Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] is in Jason’s ear telling him to just enjoy the present.
Of course, Liz has a specific agenda at work – she’s trying to hide the secret that she’s known about Jason’s identity for a long time and desperately wants her duplicity to stay hidden. But it will come out, despite all her efforts.

Carly will already be trying to remind Jason of who he was to her and Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] and what he meant to them. But once Carly finds out that Liz has been lying and basically held Jason hostage, she will go off.
If Liz thinks that Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] is the one she needs to fear, Liz needs to reconsider. Carly is so much scarier than Sam ever could be. And once Carly knows Liz was keeping her bestie in the dark, it will be terrifying.

Laura Wright told CBS Soaps in Depth that once Carly knows Liz’ secret, “It will just give Carly so much ammunition!” Wright added she was glad that Carly or Sonny was the one to make the reveal saying “Carly-Sonny-Jason is an amazing threesome.”

The bottom line is, even if Jason has given up hope that he’ll recover his memories and past relationships, Carly won’t give up. She won’t ever give up. Even if Jason tells her to stop, tells her to go away, and avoids her like the plague, she still won’t stop.  Fortunately for Jason, Carly is relentless and, in the long run, she’ll be the reason that he gets a sense of what his life was before and who was important to him, even if his memories don’t come back. But there’s also one more weapon in the arsenal.

There’s more to come from Robin Scorpio [Kimberly McCullough] and she’s an expert in miracle brain medicine. Robin has brought Jason back from the brink before and could restore him this time as well. Fingers crossed that’s soon.  Even if Jason continues to reject Carly, she’ll press on and in the long run and over his objections, Carly may be the one to help Jason recover himself. Just as his reveal as Jason was painful, this may be too, but either way, Carly could get her BFF back and he could get back his life.
