‘General Hospital’ (GH) POLL: Do You Want A Patrick and Liz Relationship After ‘JaSam’ Reunion? VOTE!

“General Hospital” fan favorite Patrick (Jason Thompson) should be happy for his friend, Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst). She is head over heels in love with Jake Doe (Billy Miller) and looking forward to starting her life with him. They are set to get married in just a few weeks. Patrick cannot help but feel like something about Jake is off. He feels like there is something about Jake that he cannot trust. Fans cannot help but speculate that when the reveal happens, what is the possibility that jilted lovers, Patrick and Liz will find solace in each’s arms?

Jason Thompson revealed that there is something about Jake he cannot trust. People he loves and trust in his life have been hurt while around him. It’s true he was a hero who saved Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) life, but he risked Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) in the process. To Patrick, that is inexcusable, and he held Jake totally responsible for putting her in harm’s way.

Patrick really cares for Elizabeth. She is a good friend to him, and he is worried that she is making the wrong decision marrying Jake. He thinks that Jake is a dangerous person and wants his loved ones to distance themselves from him. Sam has dismissed his warnings, and Elizabeth refused to listen to his cautionary speech. He respects Liz, so he decided to make peace with the fact that she is going to walk down the aisle with him.

Patrick and Liz are good friends. Many fans misconstrued his protective nature towards her for true love. According to ABC Soaps In Depth, Jason Thompson has shut down rumors of a Liz and Patrick relationship.  Thompson feels friendship for her because she was close to his deceased wife and mother to his daughter. And, he feels connected to her because of her friendship with Robin. There are no fireworks between them, and they are each other’s support system.

It looks like there will be no romance possibilities for Patrick and Liz, according to Jason Thompson. They will have each other’s back no matter what. The truth is that Liz will need a good friend soon. When the truth comes out about how she concealed Jason’s identity, she will be Port Charles public enemy number one.
