‘General Hospital’ News: Teresa Castillo Leaving ‘GH’ In December For Maternity Leave – Baby Boy Due Any Moment

“General Hospital” actress Teresa Castillo [Sabrina Santiago] will be leaving for maternity leave in very soon – she may film through the end of December. Castillo and husband Shane Aaron are expecting a baby boy any day now.

The guestimate is Teresa’s scenes will air through late January or possibly early February – Nathan Vani revealed in an interview in the most recent ABC Soaps In Depth. Teresa and Share are already the proud parents to 18-month-old Victoria.

While Teresa awaits the birth of her baby boy the actress is taking extra time with Victoria. Castillo has posted a few fun snapshots of her little girl on Instagram. The family is preparing for Christmas, but it doesn’t appear that Victoria is all that thrilled with the adventure. In a photo captioned, “Someone’s clearly thrilled about getting our Christmas tree,” Victoria appears NOT too thrilled about getting the Christmas tree!

Castillo posted a selfie to Instagram on December 18 with the caption, “Love my girl!” Looks like Victoria is getting a little extra Mommy time while she waits for her baby brother to arrive. It won’t be long before the cutie will be sharing mom with the little bundle of boy joy.

There isn’t any information yet on when Teresa Castillo will return from maternity leave, but she could be out for up to 8 weeks. In the meantime “General Hospital” fans will need to wait and see if Sabrina tells Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] that Carlos Rivera [Jeffrey Vincent Parise] is the father of her baby. “General Hospital” viewers do you think Sabrina will tell Michael the truth?
