‘General Hospital’ News: Kathleen Gati Teases Nutcracker Gala Spoilers – Christmas Krampus Returning?

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Dr Liesl Obrecht [Kathleen Gati] may be reviving Christmas Krampus to once again terrorize the kiddies of Port Charles. Kathleen Gati posted on her Twitter this week a photo of herself in the Krampus costume on the GH set.

You can tell from the set decorations that it’s a photo from last year’s Christmas celebration at General Hospital where Dr Obrech traumatized the shorter set of Port Charles with her tale of holiday horrors. (See VIDEO below)

We also know from ‘General Hospital’ spoilers that Dr Obrecht will be at the Nutcracker Gala and will pose for red carpet photos with Franco [Roger Howarth]. But will Dr Obrecht behave herself at this year’s holiday event?

But really, has Dr O ever behaved at any big event? She stole the show at the Nurse’s Ball with her 99 Red Balloons and blew up last year’s kiddy Christmas fest with the hairy scary costume and her evil German Weihnachts tale.

So will Liesl resurrect her big horned costume for 2015? Doesn’t it kind of remind you of one of the big creatures from Where the Wild Things Are? Or does Dr Obrecht have a whole new attention-hogging surprise planned this year?

We know Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] will play Mrs Santa for the GH holiday with Kiki Jerome [Hayley Erin] acting as head elf in charge. Could Dr Obrecht show up as Christmas nemesis the Grinch? Who wouldn’t love to see her green and singing the iconic “Mean One” song from the Dr Seuss story?

While Dr Obrecht might be on her best behavior at the Nutcracker Gala, she could cut loose again at the GH Christmas party. In case you thought the Nutcracker Gala was the only holiday celebration, if Gati’s tweets are spot on, there may be another celebration coming before the holiday.

But knowing Liesl Obrecht, there’s a chance she could act out at both events. Fingers crossed that Liesl does the unexpected – it’s always a pleasure to watch Dr O whether she’s being good, evil or really good at being evil.
