‘General Hospital’ News: Jonathan Jackson – Former Lucky Spencer’s New Music On ‘Nashville’ Soundtrack

“General Hospital” (GH) alum Jonathon Jackson’s (Lucky Spencer) music has been included on the soundtrack for the fourth season of the ABC primetime drama “Nashville.” The soundtrack will be released on December 4. An unconfirmed source teases that Jonathan Jackson may return to “GH” as Lucky Spencer sometime in 2016.

Jackson briefly returned to “General Hospital” in the summer of 2015 as part of a short arc that coincided with Anthony Geary’s (Luke Spencer) exit from the daytime drama. It is not known that how long Jonathan’s stay as Lucky Spencer would last if he were to return to “GH” as Lucky Spencer.

While “Nashville” fans await the release of the fourth season soundtrack and “General Hospital” fans wait to see if Jonathon will return as Lucky Spencer they can enjoy Jonathon Jackson’s music from his band Enation. The official audio video for the band’s latest song “A Far Away Reality” was released on YouTube in September 2015. Enation is also on tour with their next date set for December 18, 2015 in Nashville, Tennessee.

“GH” fans do you think Jonathan Jackson will reprise his role as Lucky Spencer? If he does – and that’s not yet confirmed – what do you think would bring the man with wanderlust back to Port Charles? There are many possibilities – Genie Francis (Laura Spencer) confirmed that she has signed a multi-year contract – is Jonathon Jackson on his way back too? There have been rumors and rumblings that Anthony Geary (Luke Spencer) may consider make an occasional appearance on “GH.”

Jonathan Jackson has many wonderful things going on in his life right now. “Nashville” fans won’t have much longer to wait for the fourth season soundtrack’s release. “General Hospital” fans may need to wait quite a bit longer to find out if Lucky Spencer is coming back to Port Charles.
