“General Hospital” Alumni and Emmy award winner; Alicia Leigh Willis will be starring in a Lifetime movie, “Dangerous Company,” according to Soaps in Depth. The film was a much more involved than her “GH” days portraying fan favorite, Courtney. She revealed she greatly enjoyed the work and cannot wait until her fans can see her in another role- unlike anything she ever tried.
“It was the BIGGEST role I have ever done, for sure,” Alicia stated. The movie is about a successful businesswoman duped by her deceitful husband (Rick Ravanello) that convinces her she is suffering from early-onset Alzheimer’s disease.
Her sister (portrayed by Susan Sloan), tries to save her and protect her from her husband’s lies. Willis said she really enjoyed working with Susan. “She is incredibly talented. I learned so much from her,” she said. “We had a very heavy scene, and I never thought I would be able to reach the level of emotion the director expected. We got there and more,” Alicia explained.
The lifetime movie, “Dangerous Company” debuted on Lifetime Movie Network on Friday, September 25. It can be found on Amazon Video if you are a subscriber. The movie will air next on LMN on Saturday, October 3 at 6 P.M. If you want to follow Alicia Willis’ career, you can find her on Emmy Awarding winning series “The Bay” returning in the late fall.
