- Vanessa has a son with former Beverly Hills, 90210 cast mate Brian Austin Green, named Kassius Lijah, born in March 2002.
- In 2010, Vanessa married Carmine Giovinazzo from CSI: NY. Later the couple divorced in March 2013.
