“General Hospital” alum Jennifer Sky who played Dr. Sarah Webber on the popular Daytime Soap is celebrating a birthday today. (October 13, 2015) In celebration of her birthday we decided to compose 10 things you need to know about Jennifer.

1. Jennifer was born October 13, 1976 in Jensen Beach, Florida.
2. At age 15, Jennifer was offered two months of summer modeling in Japan.
3. At age 17, Jennifer moved to New York to study acting under the tutelage of several acclaimed acting coaches, she became well versed in the Meisner technique.
4. Jennifer married Alex Band on July 25, she later divorced him in 2009.
5. Jennifer has had roles on several tv shows including CSI:Miami and charmed.
6. Jennifer was ranked at #90 on the Maxim hot 100 women in 2003.
7. Jennifer is currently a freelance writer and has written for New York magazines “The Cut”.
8. In 2010, Jennifer suffered from severe health problems and now lives and studies in New York City.
9. On September 10,2013 the New York Times published an op-Ed from Jen, entitled My life as a warrior princess.
10. In February 2014, Jennifer posted a YouTube video in which she describes over the course of her career.
