1. Finola was born October 29, 1960 in London, England, UK and she is a Scorpio.
2. Finola loved dancing and performing, she decided to enroll in Arts Educational Schools London.
3. In 1981, she had the role of Victoria the White Cat in London’s film production of Cats.
4. Finola starred in the 1983 musical film Staying Alive alongside John Travola.  The musical was a sequel to Saturday Night Fever.
5. Finola was also a short time guest, on the television series Charmed, playing a mother to the three Halliwell sisters.
6. In 2013, Finola made her film directing debut with the indie comedy The Bet.
7. Finola directed her second film, Byrd and the Bees in 2015.
8. Finola has been nominated for many SOD awards and Daytime Emmy Awards and won a Soap Opera Digest award for Favorite Return on All My Children.
9. Final is married to Russell Young, the two tied the knot in 1992.
10. Finola and Russell have three children together, two boys and a girl.
