‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers Wednesday Oct 7: Jake Thinks Liz Lying, Asks Sam For Help – Sonny Won’t Marry Carly – Avery Medical Crisis

Port Charles is getting crazy! Here’s some ‘General Hospital’ spoilers for a glimpse at the action on the Wednesday, October 7th show.

Jake Doe [Billy Miller] is becoming increasingly upset that he doesn’t know who he is, particularly now that he thinks Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] is lying to him. Liz tries to scramble and explain why Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] was calling but whatever excuse she offers is not enough to placate Jake although he doesn’t tell Liz he doesn’t buy it.

Later, Jake calls Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] and asks her to help him figure out his identity. Sam is willing since Jake has been a good friend to her. Sam also has to talk to Emma Drake [Brooklyn Rae Silzer] about something. Sam finds Emma with her Grandma Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] working on a surprise and then the three ladies talk about important matters. Is this marriage-related?

And speaking of marriage, Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] says no to Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] about completing their wedding until he gets more testing on his paralysis. Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] and Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] get the news that Sonny is paralyzed – at least for now – and they don’t know how things will go.

Sonny won’t be happy to hear that Michael is running his syndicate. Look for Sonny, Michael and Morgan to have a showdown soon over the fate of the family business. This is not good for Sonny’s stress level and recovery. Plus think how upset Sonny will be once he also hears that Ava Jerome [Maura West] has baby Avery. And speaking of baby Avery…

Ava rushes into the hospital looking for help. What’s going on with Avery? It looks like there’s a medical crisis brewing for the baby that could reveal some interesting things about her DNA. Is it a question of who’s the daddy revisited? We know that GH has a history of rigging paternity results, so no telling what will turn up.

Hayden is about to get a huge reality check. Laura Spencer [Genie Francis] talks to Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] about the truth about Jake’s identity and Laura accuses him of the attempt on Hayden’s life. Hayden overhears much of this – and only one part was positive – the part where Nik says he has feelings for Hayden. Even with this info, Hayden still has no memories of these events – yet…

What will Hayden do when she hears Nikolas was the one who sent a bullet her way? Look for Hayden to go scrambling for answers much the same way that Jake is doing now. Meanwhile, Liz will be too focused on her upcoming wedding to realize that Jake may figure out what she’s up to soon. Time is running out for Liz.
