‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers Tuesday October 27: Dillon Presses Dante To Come Clean, Nikolas And Sam Argue, Anna Is Suspicious Of Paul

Lots going on this week in Port Charles – these ‘General Hospital’ spoilers will get you ready for the Tuesday, October 27^th episode.

Monday, Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] proposed to Sabrina Santiago [Teresa Castillo] and she turned him down. Michael wants to know why Sabrina said no when they love each other and are excited about the baby. Will Sabrina come clean about the baby being Carlos Rivera’s [Jeffrey Vincent Parise]? Or will Sabrina make the refusal more about her bust up with Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson]? Or the loss of Gabriel?

Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms] knows that Dillon Quartermaine [Robert Palmer Watkins] has some dirt on Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] that he’s holding over Dante’s head. Will Maxie ferret the secret out of Dillon? And will Maxie realize that Dillon and Nathan West [Ryan Paevey] are both keeping the same secret about Dante?

Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero] runs into Dante and Lulu after their upsetting doctor appointment and tells them how excited she is for them to have another shot at a baby. When Olivia gushes on about what a wonderful person Dante is, he feels like crap because the cheating thing is still weighing heavy on him. Dillon Quartermaine [Robert Palmer Watkins] pushes Dante to tell Lulu the truth.

Alexis Davis [Nancy Le Grahn] and Julian Jerome [William deVry] get some quality time with baby Leo at their new house and Julian will apologize for throwing this monkey wrench into their lives. Alexis reassures Julian that she’s thrilled for him that his son is alive and he can know him his entire life – and also that they get to co-parent.

Paul Hornsby [Richard Burgi] chats up Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] about Carlos Rivera [Jeffrey Vincent Parise]. This puts Anna on high alert. Anna knows the body found was not Carlos, but she can’t tell Paul that she knows. Will Paul reveal that he saw Anna going through the medical examiner report? Is Paul launching his plan to frame Anna for his crimes?

Nikolas Cassadine [Tyler Christopher] chews out Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] for breaking into Wyndemere again. Will Sam apologize or will she go off on Nikolas about his keeping Jake’s identity secret? It’s doubtful that Sam will play wilting violet and tell him she’s sorry. Sam knows the Cassadines are the ones who hurt Jake and she’s feeling very protective.

Now that the wedding of Jake and Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst] is just 10 days away, the guest list is being finalized and Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] wants to be there. Hayden will find a way to wrangle an invitation. Is she Nikolas’s plus one or does someone else get her in – maybe Laura Spencer [Genie Francis]?
