‘General Hospital’ (GH) News: Michelle Stafford Posts New Periscope Titled ‘Haters And My Ass’

If you follow Michelle Stafford on Twitter, you know she is very active on social media. One of her favorite things is to appear on Periscope for her fans. On Thursday morning, she did her daily Periscope which she titled “Haters and my ass.” She revealed that she had gained weight, has a new trainer, and she doesn’t pay her haters any attention.

She opened her live stream by revealing she feels guilty for using another trainer today. She said she feels like she is cheating on her other trainer. She revealed that she had to do something about her weight because she has gained eight pounds recently. She laughed saying it doesn’t sound like very much but when you work on TV, it is.

She speculated the reason for her weight gain is because she is expecting a baby. She said even though she has a surrogate- she attributes the weight gain to the pregnancy. She revealed that to hire a surrogate mom was very expensive, but she is thrilled Natalia- her daughter- will have a sibling soon.

If you use MyFitnessPal, you may see Michelle Stafford on the app. She told her trainer that she was using the app to record her food and exercise. She again stated she needed to lose a little weight because she is not comfortable at her current weight.

She wanted to speak (again) about social media and naysayers. She said, “Let’s say you have 10 people hating on you in a room. However, you have 90 people saying you are beautiful, wonderful or whatever. Who are you going to listen to- the 90 or the 10?” She continued to challenge her fans not to listen to hatred on social media. “Learn not to pay them any attention. You are wonderful and those who can’t see it- are not worth your time,” Michelle Stafford said.

Today’s Periscope is the second live stream that she addressed haters directly. The recent Twitter wars between fans and actors had had a deep impact on her. A few days ago, she stated that both fans and actors have to learn not to threaten violence against each other and just not engage with people you find unpleasant.
