Wally Kurth is a man of many talents! Not only does he play Ned Ashton on “General Hospital” and Justin Kiriakis on “Days Of Our Lives,” he is also a very talented musician and singer. GH fans have seen Wally in action before on the ABC soap opera, and he is truly a rockstar. Remember his Nurses’ Ball performance? Somehow between jumping from soap operas, Wally found time to release a new song titled “Big Sky Country.”
Wally has been a part of the musical group “Kurth And Taylor” for many years, and according to Wally’s twitter Wally and his partner Christian Taylor have finally released their first song in nearly half a decade! According to Kurth, “Big Sky Country” was inspired by his hometown of Billings, Montana – and is about the natural beauty the state has to offer. The song lyrics even include the Montana state slogan, “The Last Best Place You can Find.”
The song, “Big Sky Country,” features the band’s trademark harmonies over a bed of electric and acoustic guitars.” Wally Kurth and Christian Taylor have been performing together for over 20 years now, and their new single also has an official music video available on YouTube that Kurth & Taylor fans will thoroughly enjoy – it features some iconic concert footage from over the years.
