‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Kimberly Shows Up with Surprising News for Theresa – Brady Asks Melanie to Marry

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Kimberly (Patsy Pease) will arrive in Salem with some surprising news for Theresa (Jen Lilley). It sounds like Kim will say she plans on staying in town for a while to help care for the baby. Theresa told Eve (Kassie DePaiva) that she wasn’t thrilled about the idea of her mom hovering and judging while she tries to figure this whole parenting thing out. However, Theresa will likely realize that having Kim around could have some perks. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Kimberly will have some harsh words for Brady (Eric Martsolf) about not pitching in enough. It looks like Brady will be spending some more time with his son and consequently, with Theresa.

Unfortunately, Theresa’s gain will be Melanie’s (Molly Burnett) loss. DOOL fans know that Melanie has been feeling out of place ever since Brady and Theresa were reunited with their child. However, Brady has been adamant that he loves Melanie and their relationship isn’t going to change. In fact, it appears that Brady will come up with a way to prove his love. “Days” spoilers indicate that Brady will shock Melanie with an unexpected proposal. Since Melanie has been having doubts about how she fits in Brady’s life, it’s possible that she’ll say no. Then again, maybe a ring could help Melanie feel more secure in her relationship. If Melanie accepts, this will definitely be a short engagement. Molly Burnett’s on-air departure is rapidly approaching and that means Brady’s days with Melanie are numbered.

“Days of Our Lives” rumors have been hinting that Melanie might head back to Europe, but there’s a chance that Melanie could be killed off. There have been rumblings that two major DOOL characters would die this spring. Since Kristen (Eileen Davidson) just bit the dust, that may mean we still have one more to go. Of course, Clint (Lucas Kerr) could be counted as the second death, but he certainly wasn’t a major character. Brady doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to engagements. Nearly all of Brady’s fiancées end up dead. Still, Brady has enough to deal with between Theresa and the new baby. Melanie’s death would hit Brady awfully hard right now. The writers will probably just have Melanie decide their relationship isn’t going to work. Stay tuned to the NBC soap to see Brady and Melanie’s tearful goodbye.
