‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Justin Named New District Attorney, Spars with Rafe Over Clyde – Kayla Tries to Help Joey with Anger Issues

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will find herself dealing with typical teenage angst. DOOL viewers will get their first glimpse at SORAS’d Joey (James Lastovic) on Friday, August 28. It seems “Days” writers will waste no time in highlighting the major conflict between Joey and his parents. Patch (Stephen Nichols) will undoubtedly face trouble from Joey for keeping him at a distance. Since Patch has been out of the picture for a while, Joey will struggle to adjust to the new situation. Joey probably feels somewhat abandoned by his father and he’ll lash out because of those issues.

DOOL spoilers say Kayla will try her best to rein Joey in and calm his anger. It won’t be easy, but the rumors hint that Patch, Joey and Kayla will all find a way to come together as a family. Nevertheless, you can bet that Joey will remain a rebellious teen. With Patch as his dad, no one is surprised that Joey has a bit of a wild streak in him. Stick with the NBC soap for updates on Patch and Kayla’s efforts to control their unruly son.

Meanwhile, Justin (Wally Kurth) will focus on advancing his career. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Justin will become the district attorney in Salem. Of course, Justin will encounter drama in his new position right off the bat. Rafe (Galen Gering) will soon be back on the police force and he’ll immediately begin digging for dirt on Clyde (James Read). It appears Rafe will be happy to finally have more connections and the ability to go through the proper channels in his investigation.

Unfortunately, Justin won’t be on board with the idea of Rafe’s research. Perhaps Justin will believe that another case would be a better use of Rafe’s time. After all, Clyde has been able to cover his tracks so far. Still, Rafe can’t help but feel like he’s close to uncovering some dirty detail that could put Clyde away for good. Word has it that Rafe will eventually discover just what he needs to bring Clyde down. Stay tuned to “Days of Our Lives” to watch all the sparring between the new D.A. and the reinstated cop.
