‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Huge Murder Mystery Plot for DOOL’s 50th Anniversary – Fan Favorites Could Be Killed Off!

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that big trouble is brewing in Salem and it could have devastating consequences. A blood bath is set to begin in late August. “Days” rumors have been hinting at a possible murder mystery for months and now we have confirmation. EW.com is reporting that several characters will be killed off as we head into DOOL’s 50th anniversary this fall. Even some returning fan favorites could meet their demise. This news has some viewers worried about the safety of their longtime Salem staples.

We have to remember that no announcement has been made on which characters will face a grisly end. Nevertheless, there are some that are more likely to go out with a bang than others. Many rumors say that Paige (True O’Brien) will find herself in a perilous situation thanks to Kyle (Michael Cardelle). It’d be quite dramatic if Paige was shot and died in JJ’s (Casey Moss) arms. Clyde (James Read) is also expected to be killed by a mysterious murderer. Let’s face it: Clyde has it coming after everything he’s put his fellow Salemites through.

As for the possible fan favorites, some viewers fear the worst for Bo (Peter Reckell). However, Bo’s death might not be such a bad thing. Bo didn’t get the proper sendoff last time around and this could be the writers’ way of letting him comeback for the real farewell. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Bo’s heroic actions could put him in grave danger. Will Bo die a noble death? We’ll have to wait and see, but it’s certainly a possibility. Sami (Alison Sweeney) is also set to stop by Salem this fall, but her visit is brief and her murder seems unlikely.

In addition, some DOOL fans are a little worried about Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove). The rumors indicate that Aiden’s character will soon be thrown under the bus to create some good drama. Aiden could be killed or even be the killer. After all, we’re just taking Aiden’s word for how his wife died. Who’s to say Aiden hasn’t been fooling us all along? Maybe Aiden will just add a few more killings to his list of potential crimes.

Of course, there are other characters that could be on the chopping block. “Days of Our Lives” has been pretty tight-lipped on Sonny’s (Freddie Smith) exit storyline. Smith said the writers left it open in case he wanted to come back, but soap stars have been known to fudge the truth in interviews every now and then. Word has it that Guy Wilson could be out as Will, too. Perhaps Sonny or Will could fill another casualty slot.
