‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Caroline’s Health Deteriorates, Victor Provides Support – Abigail Feels Torn by Paternity Test Results

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Caroline’s (Peggy McCay) health will begin to deteriorate and several Salem residents will become quite concerned. Victor (John Aniston) will check up on Caroline and provide his support. Roman (Josh Taylor) will undoubtedly worry about Caroline’s condition as well. “Days” rumors hint that Caroline’s health crisis may continue as we head into the fall. This could be what brings a few familiar faces back to town just in time for DOOL’s 50th anniversary. Sami (Alison Sweeney) will drop in for a visit somewhere down the road. After all, Abigail had a hot fling with Sami’s great love, EJ (James Scott), shortly before his death. Sami might decide to let bygones be bygones, but Abigail should be wary.
