Days of Our Lives News: Patsy Pease Returning To Days

Patsy Pease has revealed on Facebook that she will be returning to Days of Our Lives in April. Pease wrote on her Facebook, “There are 5 shows airing in April (I taped already last Dec.) They are not part of Day’s 50th anniversary. Hope that clears things up! Thank you everybody!”

The last time Patsy Pease returned as Kimberly Brady, it was in December of 2014. Of course, Kimberly Brady is a popular soap character, so fans are already excited about the news. It’s been a few months since Brady’s appearance in Salem, and the story lines always get more interesting whenever she makes an appearance. Granted, Days of Our Lives also has a tendency to bring cast members back and then have them disappear for untold amounts of time, which is just par for the course in soap operas. However, considering Patsy Pease’s popularity, I wouldn’t be surprised if she stuck around for a few episodes – which is also what she’s saying. A five episode arc is usually a solid B-plot line, but it usually leaves room for the character to return later.

Patsy also hasn’t done many acting jobs in the past decade, so she’s bound to have time to pop in and make appearances on DOOL whenever they need her. It seems like right now, the writers and producers are intent on having her return for multiple story arcs every few months, which seems to suit the plot lines just fine.
