‘Days of Our Lives’ News: Billy Flynn Shares Holiday Letter with Fans, Says He’s Been ‘Overwhelmed with Love’ This Year

This has been a big year for Billy Flynn, who plays Chad DiMera on “Days of Our Lives.”  In fact, Flynn says it’s been one of the best years of his life!  In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, Billy Flynn wrote a letter that he wanted to share with DOOL viewers.  The holiday season is a great time to reflect and express gratitude.  That’s exactly what Flynn decided to do in his heartfelt note.

Flynn stated that he’s “overwhelmed with love” as he looks back on the last 12 months.  “Days” has given Flynn plenty of fantastic storylines and scenes this year.  It’s clear that Flynn doesn’t take that for granted.  “There have been a lot of milestones I have reached in my work,” Flynn said.  He also pointed out that he’s had a blast meeting tons of DOOL fans at various events.

As for his job at “Days of Our Lives,” Flynn is definitely grateful to be there.  “I’ve been honored to be a part of the 50th anniversary for the show, and the amazing book tour,” Flynn gushed.  He talked about all the meaningful friendships he’s made.  It seems Flynn is thankful for so much this year, but he admitted there was one person that truly made 2015 special.

Flynn said, “…what stands out most is my beautiful fiancée, Gina.”  He complimented his bride-to-be and mentioned how much they’ve grown together.  Flynn wasn’t sure he’d ever find love like this, but he’s thrilled now that he has.  Flynn said, “…to be a part of her life and to be able to call her my fiancée and soon my wife is an amazing feeling.”  It sounds like these two are the perfect match.

In closing, Flynn noted that he can’t wait to see what 2016 brings.  “I know it’s only going to get better.  Onward and upward,” Flynn declared.  We have no doubt that Flynn will continue to shine in his role as soulful Chad.  Stick with “Days of Our Lives” for updates on what’s next for the character.
