‘Days Of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers: Tamara Braun Returns To Salem As Ava Vitali – Air Date Confirmed – Back For Revenge On Patch?

“Days Of Our Lives” spoilers tease that “General Hospital” alum Tamara Braun is returning to Salem as Ava Vitali. Ava also appeared on “All My Children” as Reese Williams in 2009, and she was the second recast of Carly Corinthos on “GH.” For those of you who don’t remember Ava, she appeared on the NBC soap opera from February 2008 – August 2008. Ava was in Salem for less than a year, but she managed to stir up a ton of drama while she was in town.

Ava Vitali met Steve “Patch” Johnson when he was in Ireland, an when he didn’t marry her she stalked him all the way back to Salem and even tried to sabotage his plane, her plan went awry and the plane crashed – resulting in Shawn Brady’s death. In Salem, Ava kidnapped Hope Brady in a case of mistaken identity, she thought that Hope was Kayla Brady. All hell broke loose, Kayla and Bo came to Hope’s rescue, and then Ava wound up in a relationship with John Black. In the summer of 2008 Ava Vitali left Salem, and the country for good, so that she was not charged with crimes related to the plane crash.

When “Days Of Our Lives” spoilers revealed that “Patch” was returning to Salem – DOOL fans were hoping that Ava Vitali might be as well. And, it looks like those casting rumors have come to fruition. According to “Days” spoilers on Tamara Braun’s official website, Ava Vitali’s first air date is scheduled for December 9^th 2015. And, “DOOL” spoilers recently revealed that Patch’s past is coming back to haunt him, and someone is posing a threat to his entire family. Could the anonymous threat be his old scorned lover Ava Vitali?
