‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) RUMORS: Aiden Moves Forward with Deadly Plan – Hope Kills Attacker in Self-Defense, Cops Believe Aiden Is Serial Killer?

“Days of Our Lives” rumors tease that Aiden’s (Daniel Cosgrove) plot to get Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) money could prove costly. To understand where this storyline might be going, we have to look at the facts. Aiden came on the scene as a weepy widower who later claimed his wife took her own life. After Hope found a tablet with a message pointing to Aiden’s guilt, he confessed that Chase (Connor Kalopsis) did the deed accidentally. Now that Aiden’s working for the DiMeras, Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) keeps dropping hints that Aiden may have been responsible after all.

If Aiden killed his first wife, he’d probably be willing to kill the second one. Actually, that’s just what Aiden plans to do. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Aiden will move forward with the next stage of his deadly scheme. When Stefano and Andre (Thaao Penghlis) hear the news, they’ll be very supportive of Aiden’s intentions. Aiden’s original job was to make Hope fall in love with him so she’d forget all about Bo (Peter Reckell). However, Stefano might decide that killing Hope is an even better idea.

Aiden has been eyeing Hope’s life insurance policy and he could try to kill her shortly after they tie the knot. Then again, the DiMeras may offer to forgive Aiden’s debts if he’ll go ahead and do it ASAP. Either way, things don’t look good for Hope. DOOL’s 50th anniversary promo tells us that Hope will soon be the victim of an attack by a masked intruder. In the clip, Hope appears to fatally stab her attacker in self-defense. Could Aiden be posing as the necktie killer in an attempt to get away with murder? It’s certainly a possibility at this point.

Hope would be in for quite a surprise if she unmasked her attacker to find the man she fell in love with. The cops would likely believe that Aiden was the one who’s been strangling people all over town. “Days” spoilers indicate that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) will be brought to justice eventually, but it looks like Aiden’s efforts could make the task more difficult.
