‘B&B’ News: Ashlyn Pearce – Formerly Aly Forrester – Lands Role In New Movie ‘5150’

‘B&B’ star Ashlyn Pearce just landed a role in a new movie!  Pearce is most well-known to ‘B&B’ fans as Aly Forrester, she played the part from 2013 until she was killed off in 2015.  Since her stint on the CBS soap opera Ashlyn has been busying herself with auditions – she took to Instagram to let her fans know that she just landed the lead role in a new movie!

Ashlyn Pearce posted a photo of the front page of the script to Instagram and captioned it, “So happy to announce that I have booked the lead in a new movie! More info coming soon!”  According to the photo, the title of the movie is “5150.”  The screenplay was written by Vanessa Giordano, and the story is by Michael Cory Davis.

According to IMDB, Ashlyn will be playing the part of Autumn.  The logline for “5150” teases, “Three successful women are challenged by a mentally unstable woman bent on revenge.”  Apparently, Ashlyn’s character Autumn sends her unstable sister away for a 5150 hold at a psychiatric hospital.  Two years later, Autumn’s unstable sister returns and plots to get revenge on her for hospitalizing her by revealing some of Autumn an her friends’ deepest secrets.
