“All My Children” alum Susan Lucci’s [Erica Kane] daughter Liza Huber [ex-Gwen Hotchkiss, Passions] has launched a brand new website. The family and lifestyle website Healthy Spoonfuls has an accompanying Facebook page.
Susan recently shared information about Healthy Spoonfuls – as well as Liza’s other website Sage Spoonfuls on her official Facebook page. “I am super excited to announce that my daughter Liza Sage Spoonfuls, just launched a new blog called Healthy Spoonfuls! It’s so beautiful and full of great information. She writes about everything from family and parenthood to being a fit mom and their journey with Cerebral Palsy. She also has a big recipe section that includes baby food recipes, family recipes and healthy school lunches. You can check it out at www.healthyspoonfuls.com!”
Liza, an award-winning author and mother of four, has created an amazing website. Huber has family favorite recipes – which includes red pepper and eggplant hummus. Need ideas for healthy school lunches? You will find them on Healthy Spoonfuls. Liza shares food prep and storage tips. And you will find fresh, unprocessed homemade baby food recipes.
Check out Liza Huber’s blog on the Healthy Spoonfuls website. The television personality shares wonderful and personal family stories and moments. The mom of four also chronicles son Brendan’s journey with Cerebral Palsy – not just the good times – the struggles and bad days, too.
If you’re looking to get fit and/or stay fit Liza also has a section in her blog sharing fitness advice for busy moms. And don’t just stop at the Healthy Spoonfuls website! Make sure you check out the Facebook page too. You may also want to follow Liza on Instagram. Lucci’s daughter often shares family photos and videos.
The website is brand new and Soap Opera Spy looks forward to seeing it grow with more recipes, parenting advice and fitness tips. And don’t forget to read Liza Huber’s blog posts about Brendan’s progress with Cerebral Palsy.
