‘All My Children’ News: Cameron Mathison Puts NYC Bachelor Pad Up For Sale, Listed At $2.89 Million

If owning a property by a famous soap opera icon is on your Christmas wish list, you may be in luck this year. “All my Children” alum Cameron Mathison [Ryan Lavery] listed his brownstone located at 136 W 130 Street in New York City. According to the report, the soap opera actor turned “Entertainment Tonight” and “Good Morning America” correspondent and his wife; Vanessa listed the Harlem bachelor pad for just under three million dollars.

NY Post noted the 20-foot wide property had a home theater with surround sound, Mexican Zen garden with a waterfall, an elaborate outdoor seating, and beautiful landscaping. The breathtaking property has a gorgeous rear garden and is flawless inside and out. Furthermore, the brownstone has personal touches that the actor learned while hosting the reality TV show, “Game of Home.” These touches make this property one of a kind and greatly increase the value of the home.  The townhouse was featured in Martha Stewart Living. The magazine was impressed by the home’s staircase, which is anchored by floating steel stairs and personal touches that reflect Mathison’s personality.

Before he landed in television journalism, he starred in the iconic soap opera “All My Children” from 1998-2011. Recently, he co-starred with Allison Sweeney [Sami Brady] in “Murder she Baked: A Plum Pudding Mystery,” where he portrayed a detective.
