‘All My Children’ News: ‘AMC’ Alum Carrie Grenzel – Formerly Skye Chandler – Joins Cast Of ‘Supernatural’

‘All My Children‘ alum Carrie Grenzel will appear on The CW’s ‘Supernatural’ tonight, December 2nd, in an all new role.  According to ABC Soaps In Depth,  Grenzel was tapped to play the part of Linda Berman. Ironically, this is not Carrie’s first stint on ‘Supernatural’ – she played the part of a real estate agent that was murdered by killer tarantulas back in 2005.

The ‘AMC’ alum dished to ABC Soaps In Depth about the new role.  Grenzel revealed, “It felt like a reunion to go back 10 years later and play a different character whose name also just so happens to be Linda.  Sam’s imaginary friend from childhood comes back to help him, and I’m involved in that storyline. It was really fun!”

For those of you who don’t remember Carrie Grenzel on the now cancelled soap opera ‘All My Children,’ she was one of the many faces of Skye Chandler.  Carrie aired on the ABC soap opera from 1996-1997.  And, fun fact about Carrie – she also appeared on ‘Days Of Our Lives’ as a baby all the way back in 1965.  And, that was her first legitimate acting gig.  Grenzel has also appeared on ‘Under One Roof,’ ‘Flash Gordon,‘ and ‘The Assistants.’
