GH Spoilers: Harmony Resurfaces In A Mind-Bending Dream, Unveiling Nelle’s Return?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) will resurface in a mind-bending dream, unveiling Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) return!

A body was never found, or at least not on camera, so how can anyone know for certain she’s really dead-look what’s happened before!

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos And Others Came Back

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) came back after months of amnesia in Nixon Falls, and being declared dead; the same thing could be happening with Spencer Cassadine (most recently Nicholas Alexander Chavez).

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) recently resurfaced, after being presumed dead in a tunnel collapse-there was an explanation, as he found when his “dead” twin Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was found.

How many citizens of Port Charles literally died and were brought back-at least half of the Cassadines, for sure, so Nelle could be next!

Both of Nelle’s exes, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) are now happily married-Michael, to Nelle’s fraternal twin, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).

It would be a shame for Nelle to upset the apple carts of their marriages by returning and interfering, but when couples are happy, sometimes they become boring!

GH Spoilers – Last Time Harmony Miller Haunted Willow Tait

The last time Harmony showed up in dreams or nightmares, was when she haunted Willow and showed up during Willow’s near-death experience.

Harmony tried to convince Willow to come with her but Willow refused-so a fair question might be whose dream will she haunt this time, possibly informing of Nelle’s survival?

It’s a good bet it might be Chase who is haunted this time-he identified a body, but the body was a floater-he had to get a drink afterwards.

It’s possible as long as Nelle had been missing at that time that the body found was not truly identifiable, and in the afterlife, Harmony may know the truth.

Plus, Chase just lost his dad-a nightmare about Nelle being alive wouldn’t be surprising, although unfair when it turns out to be true!

General Hospital Spoilers – How Might Nelle Show Up Alive?

Chloe Lanier is actually close to her former GH family, currently dating Josh Kelly in real life-aka Cody Bell. So it’s not really too far-fetched to think that Nelle may show up-but they’ll need to do something to redeem her.

Perhaps an amnesia storyline like Sonny’s but with the amnesia permanent with a personality change might work, making Nelle a whole different person.

It would be a struggle for Nelle to prove her redemption, but they pulled it off with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth)-Nelle could have a brain injury like Jason, as well. Nelle with a brain injury like Jason’s could work, only instead of turning to crime Nelle could turn good!
