“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, February 16, tease that Jill (Jess Walton) will be a bit confused when she wakes up in intensive care. At the hospital, a cardiac specialist gives Jill updates on her condition. He states that Jill had a heart attack that left her near death. The doctor adds that Jill has heart disease. Two stents were inserted to help with blood flow.
Jill insists that she’s fine now and wants to go home. Her doctor notes that this is serious and warns she’ll have to make major adjustments in her life. Jill still doesn’t like the idea of additional testing. At the Chancellor mansion, Colin (Tristan Rogers) tries to reach Jill by phone. He leaves a voicemail and begs Jill to get in touch with him ASAP.
Cane (Daniel Goddard) drops by and hears the news about Jill’s hospitalization. Colin explains how she ended up there and Cane wonders what he’s going do to. They bicker about money before Colin declares that he’s going to the hospital to grovel.

At Brash and Sassy, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tells Lily (Christel Khalil) that Cane needs to be a team player. Lily meets with Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) a little later. He suggests that her latest photos don’t show off her playful side.
Lily admits that she’s worried about the situation with Cane. She’s afraid she might have to leave the company. Jordan doesn’t see why Lily should have to give up her dreams when Cane’s the one with the issues.
Back at the hospital, Colin and Cane arrive to see Jill. She starts ranting, so Billy escorts Colin out of the room. Cane offers an apology for his dad’s behavior. Jill is still having a hard time accepting what Colin did to her. In the waiting area, Billy lashes out at Colin for causing Jill’s heart attack. He eventually convinces Colin to leave.
Billy returns to Jill’s room and she thanks him for helping out. He wants Jill to agree to the doctor’s tests, so she finally caves. They share a hug as they deal with this shocking diagnosis. Elsewhere, Cane finds Lily and they apologize to each other. Lily still thinks they have some problems to work through.
Cane listens as Lily recalls her chat with Jordan. She really wants to stay at Brash and Sassy. Cane supports Lily as long as she’s happy. He leans in to give his wife a kiss. “The Young and the Restless” fans will be anxious to see how long the peace will last.
Other Y&R spoilers say Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Noah (Robert Adamson) will discuss moving on. At The Underground, Nick states that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) pitched in by bartending last night. Noah mentions that Sage (Kelly Sullivan) helped out there as well. Nick is glad to be making some new memories.

Chelsea walks in and Noah challenges her to a bartending battle. They make some drinks and Nick judges their competition. He decides it should end in a tie. Nick points out that the Newmans are having dinner at the ranch. He encourages Chelsea to come with him and she agrees after some gentle nudging.
Meanwhile, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wonders what Victor (Eric Braeden) is up to. She thinks it’s odd that he’s having another family dinner so soon after the last one. Victor contends that nothing is going on. When Victoria arrives, they congratulate her on the purchase of Brash and Sassy.
Talk turns to the trouble with Billy and Cane. Victor feels like Victoria should just do her own thing and forget about their opinions. Nikki warns Victoria that she shouldn’t let work become her life. Victor made that mistake and Victoria doesn’t need to repeat it.
