‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday February 20: Paul Gives Lauren Stunning News – Mariah Lifts Sharon’s Spirits – Reed Takes the Stage

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, February 20, tease that Paul (Doug Davidson) will learn some stunning information. He’ll decide he needs to pass along this news to Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) right away. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren will be shocked when Paul gives them updates. He’ll suggest that there’s a chance Scotty (Daniel Hall) may be missing.

Lauren will wonder what might’ve happened. She’ll immediately panic over the trouble her son could be in. It appears Scotty was on an assignment in a war zone when he suddenly vanished. Paul won’t want to alarm Lauren, but they’ll all realize that this is serious.

Luckily, Scotty is safe and sound. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say he’ll be in Genoa City before you know it. Many Y&R fans are curious about Scotty’s possible love interest. He’ll eventually share scenes with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), so she’s a contender. Kevin (Greg Rikaart) could watch his relationship crumble if he’s not careful.

Of course, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is single and ready to mingle. Perhaps Scotty will catch her eye down the road. Whatever the case, having Scotty around provides more options. That’s always a good thing on Y&R. It’s nice when they can mix it up and take storylines in exciting directions.

For now, Mariah will focus on lifting Sharon’s (Sharon Case) spirits. She’ll insist that Sharon should put her concerns and regrets aside. Mariah will think she knows a way for Sharon to cut loose and have some fun. Open mic night would be an excellent distraction.

It looks like Sharon will agree to enjoy this evening of entertainment with Mariah. Monday’s “Young and the Restless” preview video shows Mariah singing, “We are going to The Underground…two ladies on the town!” Sharon may not be in the mood to relax and laugh, but that’s exactly what she needs to be doing. Let’s hope Mariah can bring Sharon out of her funk.

Once open mic night kicks off, Noah (Robert Adamson) will welcome a newcomer to the stage. He’ll introduce Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) and the crowd will listen up. After everyone hears Reed play a song on his guitar, they’ll discover he has real talent. He’s sure to be Genoa City’s next sensation.
