‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Darnell Kirkwood’s Arrival Spells Trouble For Cane And Lily – Marriage In Crisis?

Y&R spoilers tease that we have a new hottie headed to “The Young and the Restless!” Will he cause trouble for someone’s marriage?

Darnell Kirkwood will be making his debut as Jordan Wilde on Friday, February 10. Darnell will be playing the part of a photographer. He will be Lily Ashby’s (Christel Khalil) photographer at Brash and Sassy and the two have a great immediate connection.

There have been people comparing Darnell Kirkwood to Shemar Moore’s Malcolm, but Darnell reveals he tries not to compare himself to anyone.

He wants to be a fresh face and energy that has everyone talking. Darnell has also appeared on Scorpion, Burn Notice, and Magic City, just to name a few.

He is definitely easy on the eyes so that always helps. So, with him now being in the picture, will we see a jealous side of Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) shinning through? Do you Y&R viewers think that the writers placed Jordan in Lily’s orbit to test her marriage to Cane?

Cane Ashby has already let it be known that he was not so thrilled about his wife Lily becoming a model again, especially working at Brash & Sassy, but since the two work so closely together it is bound to cause problems.

Cane better keep his eyes on his wife because we all know what happened the last time she got close to a hot guy. It did not take much from Joe Clark (Scott Elrod) to get Lily right where he wanted her.

Are you Y&R viewers happy to hear that there is going to be another new face on the show? Do you think they should amp up some of the storylines from our original cast instead of continuously bringing on new characters? Hopefully, his character will add some life to the show.
