General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that May Sweeps will be action packed, full of danger, relationships will be turned upside down, and secrets will explode! So you will not want to miss what all we have in store for us. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect!

For starters we all know that the Nurses Ball is just around the corner which means it’s going to get very eventful on GH. The Nurses Ball will be full of danger, intrigue, romance and of course music! As we all know when the Nurses Ball rolls around GH always heats up and you can definitely expect that again this year!

As for one of GH’s hottest couples Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), well things may hit a snag for them.

Although they haven’t really been together all that long, fans are really hoping to see a wedding in their near future, but that may not be the path which the two travel down. They are certainly in love and have a strong connection, but whether marriage is in their plans still remains to be seen.

When it comes to the mysterious history between Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) everyone will learn another piece of the puzzle real soon and it just may have you in shock! When it’s revealed it will also affect Valentin’s relationship to his wife Nina Reeves Cassadine (Michelle Stafford). You can expect to see a huge twist in this story! Could it be that Anna Devane is really not Anna, but Alex? I guess we will see soon enough!

We all know Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) wants her son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to stay as far away from Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) as possible, but with Carly’s mind distracted by her soon to be divorce with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) an incident will occur that will tip the scales in one direction or another for Michael and Nelle. Is there any fans that would actually like to see the two together?

There are a lot of fans hoping for Julian Jerome (William DeVry) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to reunite, but as for right now with Julian behind bars that decision is taken out of her hands, but will that change?

GH’s Nathan West (Ryan Peavy) will be struggling with the fact that his wife is away and not knowing when she will return. He will get pulled into something we have never seen from him before! Meanwhile, things will start to get rocky for Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) and Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) dreams may get in the way of her and Dillon Quartermaine’s (Robert Palmer Watkins) relationship.
