General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, January 26: Carly Gets Upsetting News – Lulu Confesses – Liz Wants To Reveal Everything To Police

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, January 26, 2017 reveal Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) sharing a worrisome moment.  Carly insists she knew something was wrong.  Clearly this isn’t about Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) and Sonny’s night together because Carly is too calm, could they be discussing the murder of their son, Morgan (Bryan Craig)? 

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has been growing quite fond of Nelle lately, and it seems the feelings are mutual, although GH fans know Nelle has a sinister plan in motion for the entire Corinthos family.  Spoilers show Michael comes to see Nelle with something on his mind.

Meanwhile at the PCPD, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) catches Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) smiling like the cat who just captured the canary, and he wants to know if there is something Dante wants to share with him. 

General Hospital’s Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) went against Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) wishes and revealed to Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) that she is her real mommy.  It appears to be a big mistake when Charlotte rebuffs her comfort.  Lulu will meet with her mother, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and tells them she told Charlotte the truth. 

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been battling with alcoholism for a while now, even taking steps to get help with her addiction, so when her lawyer, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) arrives to help her prepare to get her law license back, she brings a bottle of wine over to celebrate their victory.  Sources show Alexis struggling, she has poured herself a glass of wine and tells herself one moment at a time.  Will she be able to fight her urge to drink?

At The Floating Rib, after they are able to obtain information from Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) phone, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) tells Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco), Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) and Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins) they should go to the police with everything they know.  Will Sam agree knowing that if it is proven Franco didn’t kill Tom Baker (Don Harvey) that her mother could possibly be the murderer?
