In the newest ABC General Hospital promo video Sam is seen talking to her father Julian Jerome (William DeVry) and he tells her there is only one option and that is that she has to get rid of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). It appears that is what she plans to do, but will someone stop her before she does the unthinkable?
