General Hospital Spoilers: Life-Altering News Changes Sonny’s Life – Too Late For CarSon?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is about to get life-changing news that could change everything for him, his family and his marriage to Carly; but is it too late?

GH’s Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) has returned to Port Charles to share the sad news with his daughter, Josslyn (Eden McCoy), that his mother, Lady Jane (the late-Barbara Tarbuck) had passed away. Once he arrived, he learned of all the destruction Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) has caused, and decides to make things right. Jax’ confession is met with resistance by both Nelle and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), both of whom have conflicted feelings about the other.

Sonny and Carly are estranged right now, mostly from Sonny hiding things from her. Carly admits she would have an easier time forgiving him had he been honest months ago. Are they ever going to reunite? GH sources say after Nelle speaks to Michael Corinthos, she goes to see Sonny to do the right thing. She believes if she reveals the truth, she may have a shot at a relationship with Michael. She tells Sonny she drugged him and they never had sex; this changes everything in Sonny’s eyes.

Sonny doesn’t realize this but he may be against the clock when it comes to reuniting with Carly. His biggest threat, Jax is back in town and Carly is currently in his arms. Will Sonny be able to reveal everything to Carly before it’s too late, or will she go past the point of any chance of reconciliation with him?

General Hospital’s PCPD Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) meets with his father, Sonny at the police station. He reveals Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) bipolar medication was recently found during an attempted robbery at the Floating Rib, and the only prints on the bottle are those of the robber’s.

Little does anyone realize how close they are to learning the truth. Dante becomes very suspicious and determined, when he discovers Ava Jerome (Maura West) was at the Floating Rib the night of the robbery. He knows she is somehow connected, but without proof he cannot do anything. How will Sonny and Carly handle one more explosive revelation on top of all the turmoil they are coping with now?
