General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that ABC and Roger Howarth are at a standstill with contract negotiations, and GH fans may have to say goodbye to Franco if the actor and network don’t figure it out soon.
Daytime Confidential’s Jamey Giddens is reporting that there was a ton of buzz at the Daytime Emmy awards about Roger Howarth’s future on the ABC soap opera. Giddens’ source revealed, “They haven’t made a deal and the show won’t be able to keep playing him until they do!”

Right now, Franco is a frontburner on General Hospital, not only is he romantically involved with lead character Liz Webber, but he’s also an important piece of the Jake-Cassadine Island mystery. It would be nearly impossible to simply “write him out” at this stage. Of course, GH fans are in an uproar, and reasonably so – after all a similar situation happened with Tyler Christopher last year, and Nikolas Cassadine is long gone.

I’m tired of them letting go of the older actors and actress that have maintain the soap opera for so long. You bring in all new people and lose they with major story lines for constants Bryan Craig Tyler Cristopher. You need to keep Roger Hawthorne his cartor has changed so much please let him and Liz be happy together Liz always looses out on love nd same with Chad duell let them have a life. I will still watch but I’m tired of losing the veterans on the show soon Tracy will be gone who else will be next.?
