General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis and Finn Fight Their Inner Demon – How Are Valentin and Curtis Involved?

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) need to check into, “General Hospital,” stat! Both are fighting crippling addictions but choosing the DIY route, duking it out at home. Are they strong enough to resist the devil and come out victorious?

Legal eagle Alexis has been through the wringer with her ex-husband Julian (William DeVry). He swore he loved her, he tried to kill her, he swore he loved her again. Now he’s presumed dead in the depths of the Port Charles waterways, having sacrificed his life to save hers.

What’s a confused woman to do but reach for a stiff drink? Except that Alexis is an alcoholic and, oh-no, it was her AA sponsor that killed her husband. Sometimes a Shirley Temple just doesn’t do.

Now that she’s all alone in that little house in the woods, will she fall off the wagon? Or will – gasp –
her villainous half-brother Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) save her? Stranger things have happened, folks!

Of course, Finn already has his savior, Hayden (Rebecca Budig). The pretty financial whiz has thoughtfully tied him to a chair in order to hasten his detox. Problem is, the patient is getting ornery, and Hayden doesn’t like back talk. Will she be able to handle his mood swings or will she bail and leave his lizard Roxy in charge?

Hayden doesn’t suffer fools gladly so it’s a relief when Curtis (Donnell Turner) suddenly shows up. Is there anything the guy can’t do? He’s a crypt robber, a dumpster diver, a bomb defuser, and now a certified substance abuse counselor?!

But is there more to the future lawman’s unexpected visit than meets the eye? Charismatic Curtis may have some surprising answers for Finn and Hayden’s dilemma, but at what price?
