Adam took to his Twitter account to tell his fans that the home he shares with his family was recently broken in to. He is engaged to his fiancé Caroline Daly. Together, they have a young son named Teddy. All three family members were at home during the invasion.
He told his social media followers, “I got burgled this morning. Police still haven’t turned up. They just rang me now at 12am apologizing they couldn’t make it round.”
He added in a separate Tweet, “Someone came into my house last [night] while we were sleeping and robbed my car keys and took my car…Don’t make it easy for the next twat.”
Adam hasn’t made any additional comments about the burglary, although he’s gotten plenty of support from concerned fans who have said, “Be thankful your family are OK. A car can get replaced,” along with, “OMG. That’s horrible, Adam. Find out who did it.”
