Coronation Street Spoilers: Pat Phelan Up To His Old Tricks – Joins Forces With Faye

Pat Phelan (played by Connor Mclntyre) is the cobbles’ current villain, he has been shown to be a real piece of work. On multiple occasions we have seen him manipulate his family and his neighbours and of course the brutal murder of Andy, But why is he suddenly agreeing to help young Faye Windass?

The young girl has recently been heartbroken when her boyfriend was sent to a youth corrections facility after defending Faye. Seb was seen attacking Jackson the father of Faye’s child after he tried to stop her contacting her daughter.

The teenage pregnancy was a huge story line as Faye was barely thirteen when her child Miley was born. With the baby now a toddler and Faye growing into young adult territory she wanted to re connect with her child but Jackson and his family would not allow it due to their own grievances with the Windass family.

Seb’s violent attack did not stop Faye’s affection and despite promising her mother she would stay away from the bad boy, she is doing the exact opposite. This week she will visit Seb in the child prison facility where their love is as strong as ever. But how is she getting in? That’s where Pat comes in, Faye and Pat work together to keep the meetings a secret.

But why would Pat care about teenage romance? Well Pat has quite the rivalry with Faye’s mother Anna and doing anything to aggravate her life can only be seen as a bonus. But what other kinds of secrets is he hiding? We know that his secret daughter is soon to make an appearance but will that tie into this? Or it Pat up to his old tricks and planning on ruining more lives with his plots and schemes?

The plot will unravel in next week’s episodes, but one thing is for sure, he is not taking Faye out of the goodness of his heart.
