Coronation Street Spoilers: Johnny’s Health Deteriorates – Battling Multiple Sclerosis?

Coronation Street spoilers have shown Johnny acting rather strange on the cobbles lately, his loss of balance and lack of usual compose has got the attention of his loved ones. This week Johnny suffered a funny turn when walking down the street which his daughter Kate assumed was a drunken return from the Rovers, when she find out not there is massive concern for his health.

Johnny is not a young man and his family are rumoured to push him into having tests in the next week.

There is no official result release date but the main theory due to his current behaviour is that of MS (Multiple Sclerosis) or Parkinson’s.

It is not unknown for soaps to venture into such harsh topics with other medical catastrophes often represented such as cancer and dementia frequently.

Coronation Street spoilers tease that next week will not only show the effect of such debilitating diseases on the victim but also on the friends and family as they are put through the rigorous hospital appointments and the constant worry.

Richard Hawley joined Corrie in 2015 and has not had many main story lines up to this point, this will his biggest story line to date. There is potential for emotional heartbreak and of course a tragic death. He is the father of notorious Carla Connor which was his entrance into the show, will his health scare bring her back?

Johnny did have an explosive arrival into the soap but since then he has been quietly in the background so we don’t know a great deal about him. He is the head of the Underworld sewing factory and has two loving children who live close by.

It is likely that if Johnny is diagnosed with something terrible it will reveal much more about his back story and indeed his children’s. The results of the tests are set to be shown in the upcoming weeks.
