Coronation Street Spoilers: Does Bethany Make It To Belgium?

With the walls closing in on Nathan’s illicit sex ring operation, he and teen Bethany plan to escape to Belgium on Coronation Street. There’s just one snag: Bethany’s mom hid her passport. And that makes ill-tempered Nathan an unhappy camper. Could things possibly get worse for delusional Bethany?

Corrie spoilers tease that in upcoming episodes, Bethany is seen packing her bag with the idea that both she and Nathan are headed to Belgium. What she doesn’t realize is that the older man has been grooming her for his sex ring, and he’s just pretending to be her boyfriend.

She’s in for an even bigger surprise when she discovers that he has no intention of leaving the country with her. Although the teen realizes that she will miss her mom, Sarah, when she’s away from home, her feelings do not get in the way of her devotion to Nathan. But as she packs for her getaway, Bethany becomes dismayed when she can’t find her passport.

The complications multiply when Mary Taylor shows up. The older, wiser woman has been worried about Bethany and when she sees what she’s up to, her concerns take over. When Bethany admits that she’s leaving with Nathan, the kind lady tries to stop her.

Mary has a strong inkling about what’s really going on with the mismatched couple, and she’s not kidding when she tries to prevent Bethany from exiting the house. It’s no use though, and Bethany succeeds in pushing her out of the way and leaving. But Mary won’t let the scene end this way, and heads straight over to inform Sarah of what’s transpiring.

The police promise to intervene, but can they stop devious Nathan before it’s too late? Or will Bethany herself put an end to Nathan’s no-good dirty dealings? When Bethany realizes that Nathan will not accompany her to Belgium, she has a very unexpected reaction. Have the tables finally turned against nasty Nathan?
