‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, November 23: Dylan Plans to Sue for Visitation – Victoria Accepts Travis’ Proposal – Billy Pushes Jack Toward Phyllis

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, November 23, tease that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will encourage Dylan (Steve Burton) to attend the Newmans’ Thanksgiving gathering. At home, Dylan informs Nikki that he’ll be sticking with Sharon (Sharon Case) this year. After taking Nikki to the door, Dylan and Sharon get ready to go.

In the park, Jill (Jess Walton) indicates that she doesn’t trust Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). She’s still worried that Phyllis will sniff around Billy (Jason Thompson). Phyllis insists that she just wants to rebuild her relationship with Jack (Peter Bergman). She notes that she sent Billy to make amends, too. Jill agrees that the Abbott brothers need each other.

At the cabin, Billy urges Jack to let him stay. He points out that he has some food, which Jack obviously needs based on the remnants of Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) disaster. Jack softens slightly and lets Billy stick around to watch some football. When Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) relationship with Travis (Michael Roark) comes up, Jack takes a jab at Billy. He suggests that Billy likes the challenge of taking someone else’s wife.

Billy contends that all Phyllis is interested in is getting one more shot with Jack. He mentions that Phyllis wanted them to patch things up. Jack grows increasingly agitated as Billy defends Phyllis. He wonders if she spoke about her love for her husband when they were having sex on the sofa. Billy still thinks Phyllis deserves another chance, but Jack throws him out.

Elsewhere, Travis wants updates on Victoria’s proposal thoughts. She’s sorry, but she hasn’t made a decision. At the penthouse, Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) dinner is about to get underway. Michael (Christian LeBlanc), Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman), Paul (Doug Davidson), Christine (Laralee Bell), Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Bella (Gia Poeme) are all joining in the Thanksgiving celebration.

Paul states that they’re expecting Dylan and Sharon, too. He hopes they’ll show up. Nick (Joshua Morrow) arrives to pick up Chelsea, who explains they’re headed to the ranch. She tells Chloe that she wants to do this for Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). Chloe isn’t so sure that’s the only reason.

When Mariah (Camryn Grimes) walks in, she’s surprised to see Nick with the baby. Chelsea announces that she’s ready and heads for the door with Nick. They open it and find Sharon standing with Dylan. Sharon refers to the baby as Sully and causes some uncomfortable moments. Nick quickly exits with Chelsea and Christian.

Chloe supports Sharon, who later talks to Michael about suing for custody. Nearby, Dylan finds a toy that he gave the baby. He realizes Christian must’ve dropped it. Once Dylan overhears Sharon’s chat with Michael, she starts yelling about how they need to fight. The dinner stops briefly thanks to Sharon’s outburst. Dylan heads out and Mariah doesn’t think she should go after him right now.

Sharon asks Chloe to put a good word in for her with Chelsea. She wants regular visits with Christian and Chelsea could convince Nick to make that happen. Chloe doesn’t really want to get involved, but she agrees to mention it if the time is right.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Abby will give Victoria some advice. At the ranch, she hints that sometimes a happy ending is just a leap of faith away. Victoria hopes Travis won’t get tired of waiting. Victor (Eric Braeden) is pleased when Chelsea and Nick show up with the kids. He makes a speech to kick off their meal.

Travis says he’s grateful for Victoria. He feels like she’s the best thing that ever happened to him. Victoria finally decides she’s ready to accept Travis’ proposal. Victor wonders why Travis didn’t ask for her hand in marraige. Travis brushes off the idea as too old-fashioned. Nick thinks Travis is a lucky guy for getting a woman like Victoria.

Billy comes to pick up the children and hears the engagement news. Dylan pops in moments later and speaks with Nick privately. He announces that he’s suing for visitation. At the park, Phyllis and Jack bump into each other. She convinces him to serve the homeless with her at Crimson Lights.

Jill watches them grin while chatting with people in need. It looks like things could be moving in the right direction, but Y&R rumors hint that this reunion won’t come without obstacles. Stick with the CBS soap to see what’s in store.
