‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday June 15: Victor Working With Chloe – Meredith Says Victor Has Proof Of Adam’s Guilt – Phyllis Lies to Jack, Plans Trip with Billy

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, June 15, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will manage to avoid detection. At Billy’s (Jason Thompson) place, Jack (Peter Bergman) comes in for a chat with his brother. He brings up Bethany (Chrishell Stause) and how she couldn’t replace Victoria (Amelia Heinle).

Billy is tired of hearing about his ex. He insists that he wants someone who’s more accepting. Jack mentions his own relationship with Phyllis and Billy admits that’s exactly what he wants. Jack assures Billy that his time will come and points out that the perfect woman might be closer than he thinks.

Once Jack is gone, Phyllis reappears. Billy lets Phyllis know that he’s OK with sneaking around if that’s the way it has to be. He doesn’t want to quit seeing her. It’s up to Phyllis to decide how serious she wants to get about this.

In prison, Adam (Justin Hartley) and Ian (Ray Wise) argue about the escape plot. They eventually come to an agreement. Meanwhile, Meredith (Alicia Coppola) speaks with the warden about Victor (Eric Braeden). She says she’s worried, but the warden thinks Victor is thriving in solitary confinement. He suggests Victor just needed more discipline.

The warden also mentions some rumors that have been floating around. He warns Meredith that she shouldn’t trust Victor. Later, Victor wants to talk to the warden as well. Vic gripes about Ian’s scheme, but the warden won’t do anything without evidence. He hints that Meredith is not to be taken advantage of.

Once alone, Victor has a flashback about a mysterious meeting. We see a woman’s hands and the back of her head during their conversation. Victor says he wants to punish those who testified against him. He knows this woman has a special interest in going after Adam. Victor gives instructions on who to contact about forging the journal and altering Constance’s (Sally Kellerman) autopsy results. He’s sure this woman is the right person for the job.

At the penthouse, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) has concerns about Adam teaming up with Ian. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) thinks it might turn out OK. Regardless, Michael will do his best to get Adam off the hook. Adam shows up and assures them that he’s handled Ian. He feels certain that Ian will follow through on his promise.

At the athletic club, Paul (Doug Davidson) expresses some doubts about Adam’s guilt. Christine (Laralee Bell) wonders if they should think about offering a plea deal. Meredith walks in and says Victor has proof that Adam murdered Constance. She adds that Ian has cooked up a plan to help Adam, too. Christine asks Meredith to say all of that under oath.

Meredith complains about Victor being mistreated by everyone. After she exits, Paul mulls over Meredith’s comments. He realizes Victor may have brainwashed her into believing him, but there’s a chance her news is true. Michael hears about Meredith being a new witness and updates Adam.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Adam and Chelsea will decide to get to bottom of Meredith’s claims. At Crimson Lights, they find Meredith and ask about her testimony. Meredith insists that Victor has protected Adam. He has evidence that could put Adam in prison. Chelsea shouts that Victor played Meredith. Meredith hints that Chelsea is the one who’s getting played.

Later, Chelsea wonders if Meredith is right. Adam confesses that he’s being forced to play dirty, but that’s what it’s going to take. He can’t tell Chelsea too much, but he says he’ll open up to Michael. Meanwhile, Jack calls to make reservations in Barbados. He wants a romantic getaway with Phyllis this weekend.

Phyllis arrives and Jack fills her in on his plans. She fibs that she has to attend a conference for Passkey and it’s out of town. Jack goes to cancel the reservations and Phyllis dials Billy. She says she wants to spend a few days away with him. How long will Phyllis and Billy keep this up? Stick with the CBS soap to see what’s ahead for these forbidden lovers.
