“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, March 8, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will be suspicious of what’s going on at Jabot. In his office, Victor reads some news about Jabot’s projected revenues. They’re going to see a big increase and Victor wonders if they’re up to something shady.
Summer (Hunter King) is stunned that Victor could be getting the boot at Newman Enterprises, but Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tells them both that the vote is moving forward as planned. Victoria says she’ll always love Victor, but hints that this is the way it has to be. Victor continues to stew.
Victor thinks Billy (Jason Thompson) roped Victoria into a scheme, but Summer blurts out that Natalie (Mara McCaffray) has been working with Billy and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). Victoria doesn’t believe Billy would deceive her. Victor implies that Victoria falls for it every time.
At the athletic club, Jack (Peter Bergman) questions Billy and Phyllis about the projected gains. They admit that they’ve picked up Victor’s project. Natalie shows up and joins in the discussion. Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) arrives moments later. He pipes up about Victor going to prison soon and points out that they can corner the market.

Jack seems suspicious of Natalie and questions Luca’s involvement as well. Phyllis takes a phone call from Summer while Jack rants. He warns Billy that he’s starting a war and takes issue with his quest for justice.
Phyllis heads to Summer’s apartment, where she learns the secret is out. Summer confesses that Victoria was there when she blabbed. Phyllis isn’t pleased, but she’s apologetic for putting Summer in an awkward position. Phyllis adds that she’s worried about Victoria and Billy. Their relationship may not survive this blow. Meanwhile, Victoria tracks down Billy and confronts him about lying to her.
At the hospital, Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) get updates on Stitch’s (Sean Carrigan) predicament. Stitch is trying to remain hopeful that everything will work out with Max (Jared Breeze). Afterwards, Ashley gets the results of her latest tests. They aren’t good, but Dr. Neville promises to help Ashley get better.
At Crimson Lights, Max gets snappy with Abby (Melissa Ordway). She just wants a chance. Max shouts that Abby is the reason his mom is dead and he takes off. Abby runs after Max, but a sharp pain halts the chase. She yells for Max’s help and after a moment of hesitation, he calls 911. Y&R rumors suggest this won’t be the last time Abby has doubts about Max’s ability to do the right thing.
Back at the hospital, Abby gets checked out and is doing much better. Stitch asks what happened and Abby recaps the scene. She states that she was worried Max wouldn’t help her. Max walks in and says he’s happy Abby is OK. That goes for the baby, too. Stitch hugs his son and offers his gratitude.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Neil (Kristoff St. John) will have some concerns about Hilary (Mishael Morgan). At the lab, Neil finds Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary making love on the sofa. They grab their clothes and Hilary dashes off for a meeting. Devon and Neil talk about Ashley stepping down. Neil seems apprehensive and warns Devon that Hilary is back to her scheming ways.
Later, Dr. Neville and Ashley show up at the lab. Neil mentions the idea of Ashley joining his foundation. Hilary encourages it, but Dr. Neville says no way. Ashley is staying right where she is. Hilary and Dr. Neville talk privately. Hilary thinks Dr. Neville is getting too close to Ashley and it’s distracting him from his work. She wants Dr. Neville to focus on achieving results or else he’s useless.
Back at Summer’s apartment, she lashes out at Luca. He tells her to blame Victor if she needs someone to blame. At Top of the Tower, Victor waltzes in to find Jack, Phyllis and Neil chatting. A shouting match ensues.
Victor is furious about the stolen project and he argues with Phyllis over who the victim is. Victor hints that he’s going crush Jack once he bounces back from his current crisis. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Victor will indeed come out on top.
